SEdream provides a keyword research platform that allows users to:

• Access trend analysis and search intent categorization
• Create and manage keyword campaigns
• Export keyword data (available on paid plans)
• Access additional features based on subscription tier

Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Guest Access

Guest users have limited access to our Services with a daily search limit. To access unlimited searches and advanced features, you must create an account and subscribe to a paid plan.

Paid Plans

We offer various subscription tiers with different features and usage limits. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).

Payment Terms

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
• We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then.

You agree not to:

You retain ownership of any data you submit to our Services (search queries, campaigns, saved keywords). By using our Services, you grant us a license to use this data to provide and improve our Services.

Keyword Data

The keyword data provided through our Services is for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any data.

Service Availability

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to our Services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEdream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SEdream operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
